The Road to Recovery. Brandon’s work took place in Lake Charles, Louisiana where he witness the destruction caused by Hurricane Laura in 2020. The sudden impact of Hurricane Laura devastated most of the area. However, most people were able to survive the natural disaster and continue with their normal lives while waiting for the city to slowly recover.
